Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Kelly works with students and faculty on energy and transportation processes and the associated health, environmental, policy and performance issues. She is a registered Professional Engineer. Her work has focused on characterizing aerosol emissions from combustion processes, carbon capture, pollution prevention through process design, and collection of field data under challenging conditions including the exhaust plumes of rocket motors, F-18 aircraft, and agricultural burns. She is currently studying for her PhD and is evaluating various energy and liquid-fuel production processes for their potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. She has also worked for the University of Tennessee and the Fraunhofer Institute for Atmospheric Environmental Research in Garmisch-Partinkirchen Germany.Publications
